I’m not a doctor, therapist, or dietitian, and I don’t prescribe medications—that’s what your healthcare providers are for. My role as a coach is to support you with nutrition and lifestyle strategies that make healthy changes easier, I'll guide you toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.

How It Works

• Free Consultation (20 min) – A short meet & greet. Before it, you’ll fill out a brief questionnaire so I can understand your goals and expectations & we’ll cover logistics (payments, contracts, scheduling).

• Pre-Work – Keep a 3–5 day food diary so I can see your eating patterns, energy levels, and lifestyle habits.

• Discovery Session (45 min) – The first official day of your service. We’ll review your food and lifestyle diary, talk through routines and challenges, and set clear intentions.

• Plan Creation (1 week) – I’ll build your personalized structure and plan. Meanwhile, you’ll already start receiving recos tailored to your goals; sometimes, I may give you a task to practice right away.

• Weekly Guidance – Each week, you’ll get an email with focus areas, meal ideas, and small practices.

• Midway Calibration (45 min) – A space to reflect on your journey so far.

Wrap-Up (45 min) – We’ll reflect on your progress and I’ll prepare your personalized 100-day playbook.
