A Little About Me
My journey to wellness began much like yours — full of twists, challenges, and growth. I moved to Canada from Ukraine with my newborn daughter and family when the war suddenly turned our lives upside down. Adjusting to a new country while navigating motherhood, work, and personal growth pushed me to find strength I didn’t know I had.
Before this chapter, I was a young, ambitious professional climbing the corporate ladder fast. By 27, I’d earned awards and even became the youngest member of a management board at one of the world’s leading consumer-centric companies.
But with success came stress, pressure, and eventually burnout — exhaustion, low energy, skin issues, digestion problems, and restless nights.
Like so many young girls, I explored everything: Keto, Elimination, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free diets; CrossFit, gym, strict routines and challenges - you name it, I tried it! But none of them alone were the answer. But over time, I realized that what my body needed wasn’t another “fix” or a punishing routine. And thanks to my therapist who helped me to understand that. I needed to connect with myself and listen to what my body was truly asking for.
That’s when everything changed. I shifted from chasing perfection to embracing balance, swapping intense workouts for gentle movement and turning my kitchen into a space for healing and creativity. I began studying nutrition, working alongside dietitians and holistic health experts, and discovered that true wellness isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about understanding your body and creating habits that truly support you.
Today, I help others do the same: reclaim energy, find balance, and build a kind relationship with themselves and their health. I’m still on my journey, but now I enjoy the process instead of striving for perfection — and that’s what I’m here to share with you.
Along with my personal experiences and knowledge, I’m certified Health & Wellness Coach to help others find balance, energy, and joy in life. Today, through my program, Nourish360, I guide busy professionals, like the one I am now, toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
